Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

To support wild bees, we collaborated with a wild bee expert and learned that Lebanon is home to one of the world’s richest bee populations. Since then, Beesline has been funding a 3-year research in Lebanon to create the first Red List of bees in the MENA region, which would allow us to promote conservation policies. Beeganism (or beegan) is a commitment to safeguard wild bees and offer formulas based on ethical hive products, combining efficiency and softness for all skins. These formulas do not contain any other ingredients of animal origin.
What kind of bees do you support? Do you support types of bees that do not produce honey?

Yes, we support both honey bees and native solitary bees (savage bees that do not produce honey) through Generation Beegan, our bee preservation program.
What are the products derived from the bee?
What are the products derived from the bee?
These are ingredients produced by bees: honey, beeswax, royal jelly, propolis, bee venom and bee pollen. However, we do not use venom or pollen in our formulas because they can be allergens and our products are tested on sensitive skin.

Most of our beegan range is based on products from bees for their proven benefits.
Our lip balms contain organic beeswax that forms a protective barrier and prevents the drying of the lips. Our day cream contains nourishing and moisturizing honey while the night cream contains nourishing and anti-aging royal jelly.
Nevertheless, we also offer some formulas without any ingredients of the hive, such as our foot restorative cream, which is entirely vegan.

Our formulas are up to 100% of natural origin, dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and free of any harmful product.
I am allergic to honey, does that mean I am allergic to Beesline products?

We simply recommend that you avoid using products that contain honey but it is not about the entire range of Beegan products. Honey is usually highlighted as a star ingredient in our products.
You can consult the list of ingredients and look for honey or Mel (Latin name INCI honey).
Can a product be vegan while wearing the word "beegan"?

Yes, of course. We only use bee products when their benefits are needed. For example, our foot restorative cream is entirely vegan.

No, currently we do not have a beehive because we buy our products from the hive exclusively from certified suppliers.
Where does your beeswax come from?

We source natural and organic beeswax from two suppliers:
- Koster Keunen, a European supplier that created the world’s first 100% sustainable certified beeswax.
- Jedwards, an American supplier whose beeswax is USDA Organic certified.
